Before we begin.
Questions and answers about forest permits, tree reports and quotations.
Where does Mimoza provide services?
Mimoza is based in İznik, Bursa and provides services for projects across Türkiye. The scope and schedule of fieldwork are agreed according to the project location.
Who prepares a forest permit application?
Technical work for forest permit applications must be prepared by professionals with the qualifications and authorisations appropriate to the activity. Mimoza reviews your project location and activity to define the forestry engineering work required.
What information is needed for an Article 17/3 forest permit?
Required documents vary with the activity, site conditions and current authority requirements. For an initial discussion, share the location, available coordinates and parcel information, the proposed facility or route, and existing permits or authority correspondence. A project-specific document list is established after review.
Is a tree survey the same as a technical tree report?
A tree survey records tree locations and basic characteristics on a plan. A technical report assesses matters such as tree condition, proposed work or risk, according to its purpose. The required output and site needs are considered together.
What should I send to request a quotation?
Start with the province and district, available parcel information or coordinates, the required service and a brief project description. Existing documents and site photographs help define the scope. You can share these via WhatsApp.
How are forest permit timescales and costs determined?
Timescales and costs depend on the activity, site area, available documents, fieldwork and the authority's assessment. The engineering scope and fee are quoted after reviewing the project. Administrative decisions and processing times are considered separately.
Can you prepare a mining site rehabilitation project?
Our services include mining site rehabilitation projects and project revisions. The required work is defined after reviewing the current site conditions and relevant technical requirements.
