Who prepares a forest permit application?
Technical work for forest permit applications must be prepared by professionals with the qualifications and authorisations appropriate to the activity. Mimoza reviews your project location and activity to define the forestry engineering work required.
What information is needed for an Article 17/3 forest permit?
Required documents vary with the activity, site conditions and current authority requirements. For an initial discussion, share the location, available coordinates and parcel information, the proposed facility or route, and existing permits or authority correspondence. A project-specific document list is established after review.
